Estimator / Senior Estimator required for Multidisciplinary Civil Contractor The Client You will be working for a well established Civil Contractor operating for over 35 years. The company works on a mix of civil projects with values up to $50M. The company prides itself on their professional and highly skilled workforce, quality of work and safety culture. The Role and Responsibilities You will be working with the pre-contracts team on a range of civil projects across multiple states with values up to $50M Preparing estimates and submitting tenders Reviewing scope of works, tender and contract documentation to identify risks and cost effectiveness .Prepare Construction methodologies and programs Liaise with and develop relationships with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors Requirements 3+ years of Australian experience Estimating Civil Construction projects Experience estimating projects from $500k - $25m Experience on Infrastructure and land development / subdivision preferred Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded Excellent Communication skills Strong IT skills preferably experienced in Benchmark and MS Project Benefits Salary and package up to $160k+ package Longevity and security of work Opportunity to work for a growing company and career development Great management and team culture
