Job Description

Join a company that is one of the largest developers in Australia. They currently have a project pipeline of over $2.5 Billion. With offices in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. They have won multiple awards for construction excellence by producing and completing a diverse mix of residential apartment projects and developing major master planned residential communities within Australia.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and develop existing accounts  

  • Create and develop new business development opportunities  

  • Work autonomously  

  • Build relationships with clients and customers 

  • Monitor and identify opportunities within the market  

  • Convert new opportunities into sales 

  • Regular communication with customers within the territory, to develop rapport and better understand their requirements  

  • Immediately respond to sales enquiries and arrange quotation 

  • Regularly travel around VIC to meet with key clients and showcase offerings  

  • Organise face to face meetings with clients to discuss product range  

 

Requirements: 

  • Previous sales experience in the property sector is desired 

  • Able to work autonomously  

  • Able to self-manage 

  • Ability to build rapport 

  • Have a passion for Business Development  

  • Ability to negotiate  

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator  

  • Have a valid drivers licence  

  • Have sales skills required to bring new opportunities to fruition  

  • Have the customer service skills to cement lasting relationships.
