An exciting opportunity to join one of Melbourne's fastest growing Project Marketing Teams, with projects spread all over Melbourne. 

The team has a strong workflow of new projects coming on across apartments and townhouses. Which due to the supply of new projects they are requiring an experienced Off the Plan sales specialist to manage and sell across various developments

 

Your Background:

  • 3+ years of off-the-plan sales experience with vast knowledge of apartments and townhouses
  • A proven track record of successful sales campaigns 
  • A highly driven and motivated individual, with the ability to arrange display suite viewings and private appointments
  • Experience in working from Display Showrooms
  • Proficiency in utilising a CRM
  • Must be a Licenced Real Estate Agent or Agent's Representative
  • Valid driver's licence and mode of transportation
  • Weekend work is REQUIRED
